JOB TITLE: Technical Lead - .Net
Function : IT Services
Sub- Function : Application Services
Job Location: Magarpatta, Pune
Experience: 7 to 10 years.
Role Objective
The Technical Lead is responsible for development and delivery of applications as per the defined standards and best practice in Capita India.
The Tech Lead will work as part of a team with delivery focus for application design, development, system testing, UAT and support of live systems. The Tech Lead will be the main contact for deliveries into UAT and to Live for their allocated projects.
The Tech Lead will look to support the Manager - Application Services in ensuring that the Application Services team is striving to deliver robust and quality solutions to the client base.

Primary Responsibilities
*Provide input into the design, development and delivery of an enterprise level application and work alongside an external development partner or internal teams.
*Responsible for the daily operation and support tasks for critical 24x7 Applications support / development and maintaining the SLA.
*Pro-actively identifying any issues for resolution and implementing those resolutions.
*Regular maintenance of Application Server and Database.
*Taking user requirements, Managing Clients, giving applications demo, documentation as per the SDLC methodologies.
*Understand the business requirements of an application to ensure that any development or maintenance meets the customer's business requirements and the agreed design.
*Be able to understand and use recognized frameworks, design patterns, tools and standards in relation to .NET development framework and architecture.
*Input into impact assessments for Requests For Change and provide estimates for development and delivery.
*Work alongside other teams in the provision of a single seamless application service to the customer.
*Produce and have a mature approach to documentation and distribution of knowledge.
*Ensure that quality control and quality assurance procedures are performed in accordance with development standards.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.
*Team Management capabilities and conflict resolution
*Strong coaching skills. Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members.
