	Job Title: Product lead (.NET) Experiences: 8+ yrs. Salary: Open Job Location: Sector-62, Noida Job Responsibilities:  Independently design the architecture of the project from scratch Independently do the low level technical design of the project from scratch Do design reviews and code reviews of mentor team members Coding and integration testing for application modules you own with minimum supervision Define and implement best coding practices and make sure it is being followed by team Work closely with the manager to ensure the product is evolving according to need Code complex component and lead team by example Drive effort estimation for modules you will own and help create development plans with manager Create tasks for user stories and assign to team, track and report to manager Proactively keep a tab on emerging technologies, evangelize and lead adoption throughout the teams Role:   Project Lead Role Category:   Programming & Design Industry Type:   IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:   IT Software - Application Programming, Maintenance Keywords:   Project Management
	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) 7-10 years of hands on experience in the software industry, preferably with product companies Hands on experience in Microsoft technologies Legacy ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 5.0, Web API/WCF, .NET Framework 3.5+, C# and SQL Server Proficient in database schema (SPs/triggers) design, development and optimization with RDBMS database Excellent in Object Oriented Analysis & Design Strong design, coding and debugging skills is a must have Hands on experience in JavaScript libraries and Frameworks like Angular JS is a must have Hands on experience in developing Single Page Application(SPA) Hands on experience in responsive web UI design using libraries like Bootstrap is a must have Hands on experience in designing high performance REST based services Working knowledge of Microsoft design patterns, SOLID principles, development best practices Ability to design/create solution architecture and design document Ability to estimate implementation efforts for small to mid-size projects and plan development tasks Ability to articulate the understanding of requirements and the reason behind a suggested solution approach Strong oral & written communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills  Confident, self-driven with a lot of initiative, and should have the zeal and energy to quickly ramp-up on upcoming technologies Extensive experience with GIT Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies Experience with Continuous integration and exposure in TeamCity Highly Competent in maintaining Product Releases and Product cycle. Had worked in At least 1 complete lifecycle of product
