Job Description:
.Net/UI Developers (Mid-Sr)(Experience: 3+ years to 6 years):
Technical Skills:
Experience should have between 3+ years to 6 years.
Should have extensive experience in product/application development using Microsoft stack.
Should have comprehensive experience in developing applications using design principles/patterns and architecture design patterns like MVC, MVVM, MV* etc.
Sound knowledge and experience in SOLID principles and industry best practices using Microsoft Technologies is must.
Should have hands on experience in development and unit testing (automation) of applications on Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, WPF, Restful services, Web API, AngularJS, jQuery and C#.
Should have experience in writing data access code using Microsoft Entity Framework.
Should have knowledge in XML/JSON, AJAX etc.
Should have experience with design tools and version controlling tools (SVN/TFS/GIT).
·Should understand basic fundamentals of iterative development.
Should understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Must be able to develop as per the agreed standards and best practices.
Must be able to develop as per the agreed architecture.
Should participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, review and daily stand-ups.
Should be able to help team members to develop applications which are modular, scalable and robust.
Must be able to work with the teams to ensure project success within timeline and scope.
Must be high-energy and able to communicate well with teams.
1) .Net/UI Technical Leads (Exp: 6 years to 8 years):
Technical Skills:
· Experience should have between 6+ years to 8 years.
· Should have extensive delivery experience in product/application development using Microsoft stack.
· Should have comprehensive experience in designing applications using design principles/patterns and architecture design patterns like MVC, MVVM, MV* etc.
· Sound knowledge and experience in SOLID principles and industry best practices using Microsoft Technologies is must.
· Should have hands on experience in development and unit testing (automation) of applications on Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, WPF, RESTful services, Web API, AngularJS, jQuery and C#.
· Should have experience in designing and writing data access code using Microsoft Entity Framework.
· Should have extensive experience in Database design, Continuous Integration (TFS, TeamCity, Jenkins etc.)
· Knowledge of SharePoint is an added advantage.
· Should have knowledge in XML/JSON, AJAX etc.
· Should have experience with design tools and version controlling tools (SVN/TFS/GIT).
· Should understand basic fundamentals of iterative development.
· Should understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Must be able to facilitate Technical architecture meetings, Technical discussion, decision making and alternatives or different approaches.
· Must be able to resolve any/all technical debts.
· Should participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, review and daily stand-ups.
· Must perform code/requirements reviews.
· Must perform profiling of application and performance tuning.
· Must be responsible for helping team to develop applications which are modular, scalable and robust.
· Must be able to work with the teams to ensure project success within timeline and scope.
· Must be able to make the tough calls and be a voice of reason and authority.
· Must be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done.
· Must be able to lead a team to self-organization and cross-functional.
· Must be high-energy and able to communicate well with teams.
· Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team.
· Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
