Job Description:
Experience
* 8 plus years proven track record of development and design work in the IT industry, preferably in a software product based organization
* Experience in MVC architecture a MUST
* 4 + years working on a large n-tier application with rich business functionality in .NET
* Design and development of Software components based on requirements and application features based on technical design
Skill Sets
Strong Hands on experience and knowledge of
* Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to
* Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
* 4 Plus years of experience in MVC architecture
* Create and deliver data-driven reports
* Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
* Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and
* identifying areas for modification and improvement
* Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
* Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
* Create technical specifications and test plans
* Create new and extend existing operational documentation *
* Consult closely with management and occasionally agency staff related to projects and tasks
* Consult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems
* Implement new software
Skills Inventory:
* ASP.NET

* C#/VB.NET
* Experience with WinForm and Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Based on the functional specifications and the high level design, create the low level design documents for the features that are being implemented.
- Lead and mentor Junior and Senior engineers for product development and implementation. This includes set-up and customization of the product for specific customers and provides on-going support in terms of fixing of bugs as well as enhancements. Contribute to Software Estimation
- Review code of the developers and ensure adherence to design and Eka Architecture
- Ensuring High quality of code
