Job Description:
* 6- 10 years of hands-on experience as production Oracle DBA for 10g/11g/12c databases. Experience in supporting database projects is an added advantage.
* Expert level knowledge in Oracle. In particular, exposure to standby databases, Oracle 11G RAC, performance tuning,SQL tuning.
* Experience in a UNIX/Linux environment is mandatory.
* Good knowledge of shell scripting is desirable.
* Exposure to Golden Gate replication tool is a definite plus.
* Extensive experience in Database installation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting .
* Good understanding of Oracle RAC is a requirement.
* Experience and understanding of SQL and PL/SQL skills
* Expected to provide hands-on production database support and database project support.
* Attend to Incident Bridge and close incident / task ticket within SLA.
* Perform proactive maintenance & patching in production & non-production.
