Looking for TPM with 12+ yrs of experience.
Should have min 2 yrs of experience in Project Manager.
Required min 3 yrs of experience in .Net
Should have working experience in Matrix Structure.
Strong knowledge in CMMI, Agile, and Process related Matrix.
Having PMP / PMI / PRINCE will be added advantage.
Candidate should have good communication skill
Should have experience in on DB (Oracle, Mysql, SQL Server)
Dotnet Specifically ASP.net, C#, MVC, WCF
Good Leadership Capability
To ensure releases are done as per standard without issues
To ensure scope changes managed and controlled properly as per the process
To prepare the impact analysis for the scope changes
Performs code reviews. Mentor and guide team members on all technical challenge
To mentor and bring the project team in synch in achieving the end objective
Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures
Responsible for the delivery of a product /service / solution within constraints (schedule, features / functionality)
