Currently we have an immediate requirement for "Sr MSBI Professionals" for our Development Centre in Hyderabad.
Job Description:-
Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibility will be in designing and developing software applications (Interactive, back-end, and reporting) utilizing Microsoft technologies
* Duties will include maintenance and support of software applications as needed
* May be asked to assess new technologies and support the development of business cases from time to time
* Migrating & upgrading SQL 2000 DBs to SQL 2012 or 2014.
* Converting SQL 2000 DTS packages to SSIS (~50 packages).
* SQL Job upgrade & reconfigurations.
* Production support for legacy ASP, VB6 & Windows.Net applications.
* Interface with Oracle e-Biz suite especially Demandtra.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Three plus years of experience in developing and supporting SSIS packages
* Proficient in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Technologies;
* Knowledge of Access and Excel applications written using VBA code
* Knowledge of ETL tools like DTS packages
* Knowledge of MS SQL Server databases and good control over TSQL
* Creating reports using SSRS and Access tools
Mandatory skills:
* Microsoft .Net full stack
* MS-SQL Database with Business Intelligence experience
* Legacy technologies - Visual Basic 6 , ASP
* Oracle 11i , 12c experience
