	Greetings from Allegis Group!!!  Training and Content Leader:   This position is responsible for overseeing the administration of all HR Shared Services Center (HR SSC) training, communication as well as content maintenance within the HR Portal and the knowledge management system. This position is responsible for developing resources and creating a working environment focused on customer service, service quality, employee development and effective and efficient business processes.   Analyzes, coordinates and delivers HR service delivery programs in areas such as case management, data and reporting, compliance, vendor integration and transactional services. Monitors and reports on process and service delivery performance, conducts gap and root-cause analyses, and enables effective quality and compliance management. Formulates and manages plans, procedures and programs to meet specific service or process strategies and problems. Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of specific process or service delivery efforts. Researches new service delivery tools, techniques, vendors and suggests enhancements to existing strategies and programs. Works with internal stakeholders to ensure services are meeting business requirements, forecasting future events and managing changes as required.
