Position: Lead | Architects
Expert knowledge of development domain, languages, frameworks etc 4+ [Dev, Sr. Dev], 6+ [TL] years of experience with .NET and Microsoft technologies - ASP.net, MVC, Nuget etc Here is the JD for .Net people [TL/ Sr. Dev/ Dev]: 1. Strong knowledge and experience with SDLC process 2. Strong front end and back end developer capabilities and the ability to tackle issues across the full stack. 3. Strong SQL and NoSQL skills as well as knowledge of search providers like ElasticSearch or Solr. 4. Experience building distributed and scalable services with component driven functions within tiers. 5. Knowledge of agile development methodology 6. Strong understanding of issue management systems, project management skills and version control 7. Regimented and timely with code reviews 8. Inspirational and mentoring to those he or she manages. 9. Solid knowledge of key design patterns 10. Test minded, unit tests, integration tests 11. Knowledge and experience with Continuous integration 12. Strong cloud development skills in either AWS or Azure 13. Experience leading and nurturing teams of 5 or more developers 14. Knowledge and experience of n-Tier software development, UI frameworks, SOA service development, Web API, ORM's 15. Superb communication skills and proficiency in the English language 16. A lead should be able to challenge the motive and provide input and ideas on direction and have the ability to say no when something is not feasible or provide a workaround. 17. Knowledge of mobile applications, responsive design and facilitating services design for mobile consumption 18. Travel technology and e-commerce experience
