Experience: 10 - 16 year in Java Technologies
Education : Engineering Graduate / MCA / M.Tech.
Experience in Solution designing and development in Java J2EE / JBoss/ jBPM / Oracle. Experience in US Healthcare a plus
Location : Hyderabad
* 12+ years of experience in Java technologies.
* Experience in Architecture, designing (application and database), development and product implementation.
* Practical use of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
* Participation in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, coding and Unit testing.
* Experience in implementing various design patterns like MVP, Front Controller, Decorator, Iterator, Singleton, Observer, Composite/ DispatcherView etc .
* Expertise on Spring and Hibernate is must.
* Expertise on Java, JDBC, JSPs, Java script, angular JS and Various Design Patterns.
* Extensive hands-on experience with JBOSS Application server
* Experience in Large System development background
* Should have worked in R & D department. Exploring and experiments with new tools / technologies.
* Product development background is a plus
* Experience in Solution designing and development
* Should have very strong leadership skills in terms of leading and Guiding strong technical teams
* Should be able to explain / direct the teams follow the guidelines presented
* Provide support for complex projects by taking a central role in solution lifecycle and incorporating best practices for architectural design
* Ensure technical integrity of all software and system development from conceptualization and design to development and unit testing, deployment and maintenance.
* Participate in regular periodic technical code and system configuration reviews with team members and assist in developing solutions.
* Should have excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written
* Flexible for Travel (1-2 Months in a Year for 4-6 weeks)
* Healthcare domain experience is plus
* Experience leading large group meetings/information gathering sessions with senior-level executives.
Position is an Individual Contributor role. Does not have any reporting.
