Job Responsibilities * Individuals in this role are accountable for identifying, escalating, diagnosing and mitigating service impacting events on Windows Infrastructure. * Hands-on experience of Windows infrastructure support tools. * Experience in coordinating with external and internal teams and handling bridge calls during critical outage situations. * Adherence to ITIL Processes (Incident management and SLA). * Drive technical and procedural improvement across support. * Diagnose and Mitigate outages through technical levers and TSGs. * Moderate incident bridges and keep a timeline of events and repairs * Update knowledge base with troubleshooting guides and lessons learned * Identifying and driving repair items that result from outages Must Have Skills * 7-10 Years of IT experience and flexible to work on 24 X 7 Support model * Bachelor's degree in technology * Strong troubleshooting skills and good team player * Working knowledge of Windows Server, Server Administration * Working knowledge of debugging tools , DNS,DHCP and basic networking concepts * Good written and verbal communication skills.
