Exp: 7-13 years; Job Description *7-13 years of IT industry experience in Microsoft technology projects *Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Azure and MVC/MVVM *Good understanding of Microsoft Development stack, Tools and eco-system *Expertise in Microsoft technology application development including Architecture, Performance Tuning, Design (Patterns), Building, Testing, and Deployment *Exposure to managing Web/Windows, Cloud(Azure) and Mobile projects in Microsoft technology *Experience leading teams working on Agile Scrum technologies *Experience in reporting of qualitative/quantitative metrics to internal and external stakeholders *Good exposure in handling Managed/Fixed price projects *Experience in presales support of proposal writing *Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to resolve cross-functional team conflicts.
