Requirements:
· You are an exceptional web application developer who can lead the design, development and maintenance of applications across web farms.
· You have an excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and usability design principles with a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects.
· You have a passion for new consumer technology and the ability to use analytic data and user testing to make informed design decisions.
· You are adept multi-tasking, work productively in a remote environment while exhibiting excellent communications skills with the rest of the team.
You'll be responsible for:
· Designing and developing user-friendly apps
· Creating intuitive, custom UI controls
· Delivering above-average, clean, well-documented code
· Researching the latest technologies
· Mentoring others on web app development
Must-Haves:
· Demonstrable experience on .NET 4.0, C#, WebServices, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Services and Team Foundation Server is a must
· Primary and 'MUST' have skill set (HTML, JQuery, Javascript, ASP.NET, C#.NET and SQL Server)
· Hire, train, lead, and mentor a talented specialist staff
· Lead team members and ensure timely business delivery with pre-determined SLAs
· Advocate responsibly and effectively for users in a fast-paced, corporate climate, imparting day-to-day design leadership that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering.
· Preferably candidates located other than Hyderabad and looking for relocation to Hyderabad. We think that this parameter helps us find serious candidates but this does not avoid local candidates.
· Excellent communication skills as per their experience level (Prefer candidates who have already worked with US clients).
