Job Profile
Programming in Flash ActionScript (ActionScript 1.0 and 2.0) and JavaScript, ASP, Macromedia Authorware and Macromedia Director.
Designing course structure (Programming design), managing programming teams on large client relationships.
Programming effort estimation, proposal generation and project planning.
Skills required:
Technical:
Sound knowledge of Macromedia Flash (ActionScript 1.0 and 2.0), Authorware, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XML, and ASP. Knowledge of E-Learning Standards like AICC, SCORM, and knowledge of Authoring tools like Docent outliner, Lectora, ToolBook and Macromedia Captivate etc.
Good verbal and written communication, team spirit and people management skills. Should be able to deliver client presentations. Should be able to manage a group of team and leads handling multiple projects.
Desired Profile Experience in Flash (ActionScript), JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XML, effort estimation, proposal generation, client communication, project planning, team handling and designing course structure (Programming design).
