* Technical authority and consultancy skills

* Application solution visioning
o Informed of the latest enterprise technology tools and standards
o Product and tool identification and recommendations
o Review and interpret business requirements and develop detailed technical requirements
o Application design review and validation
o Solution implementation review and quality management
o Providing application framework support
o Client facing technology responsibilities
o Strong understanding of design patterns and apply new .NET technology to large and small systems
* Knowledge and experience using one or more of the following:
o SQL Server, ADFS, IIS6 or above, Entity Framework 4.0 or above, Disaster Avoidance
* Development experience using one or more of the following:
o C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ASP, TDD - Test Driven Development, LINQ, jQuery, CSS, MVC
* Technical writing experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Requirements, Functional Specifications, Proof of Concept, User Documentation, Entity Relationship Diagrams
