* Should have minimum of 3 - 8 years of experience in C#, .NET
* Very good at OOPs concepts & linq.
* Should have strong experience with WPF and WCF frameworks.
* Should have experience with Active Reports.
* Should be strong in .NET Entity framework
* Experience in SQL.
* Having Experience in ERP or CRM Domain.
* Should have strong experience in Agile methodology and team lead skills
